The Role of Real Estate Broker
In most cases, the home seller hires a real estate broker to help sell their house. This real estate agent is working for the seller and in the best interest of the seller. This is a seller’s agent, so do not think they are necessarily working in the buyer best interest. As a buyer, you have the option of hiring your own real estate broker who would then work as a buyer’s agent. By hiring your own agent, you now have someone who knows the industry and may be better able to help you navigate the process. Real estate broker fees are usually a percentage of the sale price of the home, but they are negotiable. Don’t hesitate to offer a lower fee, real estate is a very competitive field so brokers are used to negotiating. Visit my site: Get A Bad Credit Mortgage
