Taking a trip to Oregon coast any time soon? Are you looking for a new Oregon coast town to explore? Are you tired of just going to the same places in Cannon Beach and Seaside? Well, the south Oregon coast has some wonderful little towns you might never have heard of. Or, if you have heard of them, you have never visited since the drive from Portland was just too long for the weekend.

Top among the quaint south Oregon coast towns is Bandon by the Sea. This little town has a long history and more recently has been in the news because of the increasingly famous Bandon Dunes golf courses that were built right on the coast a few miles out of town. The downtown area is lovely and the Bandon Oregon hotels are some of the cutest you will ever see perched on the cliffs overlooking the beach and the rocks. It really is worth a trip down to check out this great south beach town. Pick a long weekend, make a reservation at one of the hotels in Bandon, and go explore.
