Trigano are a French company, based in the Northern Town of Mamers, who for the last forty years have designed and built Trailer Tents and Folding Campers.

Trigano Trailer Tents emphasis on their design is about long use and life expectancy of their products so testing and selection of the right materials is vital.  All seasonal variations are tested along with different climatic variations such as coastal use or mountain use.  This means the product is built for longevity of use in all sorts of weather, warm or cold, wet or dry.

The Canvas is carefully selected as it is a vital part to any type of tent and is normally made from natural cotton which is extremely adaptable, breathable and hard wearing, limiting condensation and allowing pleasant living conditions.  The cotton used in the walls is 280g/m2 whilst the roof is a slightly higher 340g/m2 and the coloyr pigment is not affected by water as the canvas is waterproofed and treated to withstand mould and mildew in conditions of high humidity.

The stitching used is a high quality lock stitch that admittedly takes a little longer to manufacture but is of higher quality, able to withstand all the rigours associated with camping.  If indeed the threading does deteriorate, the mode of stitch means it will not lose its integrity and strength.

The trailer itself is made from PVC which makes it light and strong with a good lifespan.  The advantage of PVC is that it never rusts and is extremely easy to keep clean.

The frames of all our trailers are made from steel coated with zinc that will not rust. Extra reinforcing at all the angles add to the strength of the trailer so you can tow in absolute confidence.
