Plastic shot glasses are an inexpensive way to serve a large amount of guests. They can be purchased in counts of 40 to 100 in a package for only a few dollars at party supplies stores. There are many creative uses for plastic shot glasses as well, they do not have to be limited to serving beverages. One creative use for a plastic shot glass is as a container to make jello in for children and adults. The plastic shot glasses are convenient for parties because they are disposable and do not require washing afterwards. They are not recommended for everyday use however because of the harmful chemicals that can be contained in plastic. They can also needlessly fill up a landfill if they are not recycled properly.
