Exercise those love handles away
Many people fall into the trap of thinking cardio is king when you want to lose your love handles. And not surprisingly, these people still struggle with losing their love handles. The reason for this is that, when you do too much cardio, you can risk the change that you may lose some of your lean muscle mass. And why is muscles important for losing love handles, you may ask. Well, muscles help you burn body fat by increasing your metabolism so much that you even burn calories in your sleep. So if you really want to achieve your goal, have the right steps to lose love handles and don't do too much cardio. Stick to about 20 minutes at a time and make sure to include weight training into your love handle routine.
