You also don’t need to buy a very expensive juicer because a budget of $100 – 150 will do.  I am not completely discouraging you to take your synthetic nutritional supplements.  I am merely providing a good alternative that will aid your liver and kidney a boost.  You can try out drinking at least 3 240 ml. glasses of watermelon juice everyday for at least 2 weeks.  Also have a healthier diet to make it more effective.   You can at least replace your snacks with carrot sticks or baked potatoes.  If you feel better, then continue with this lifestyle and try out juicing other alkaline forming foods as well.
