Teacher described by the modern literature, a person who educates others with the knowledge of some subject or some science. Teacher normally follows an academic plan for teaching which is dependant on the academic syllabi and which include the monthly plan of practices, tutorials and lectures. Teacher is considered to be a symbol of knowledge and inspiration but still down to earth he is a normal human being like us and suffers by stress, depression and many other numerous problems like others. Unfortunately a teacher can get psychic also.

Many times we hear rumours and news regarding the  wrong attitude and behaviour  of the teacher towards the students, sometimes it’s so tragic that punishment of the teacher can lead to student death We directly blame the all teachers but we forget that these are only 8-9 cases and the total teacher population is around thousands. The actual percentage of these activities is so much low, we should not forget that teacher are the people who enables the outside world access to our children’s and also make them strong enough to grab the opportunity and work on them . Just think what you have done if you didn’t have a teacher to teach you any subject?

Teacher is the most motivating person for most of the peoples except his or her mom and dad. He is the third person in most of the people's life after mom and dad who teach about life and culture along with academic knowledge. Teacher can motivate groups as well as de-motivate the same group but 99% chose to be wise and shape the future. We can take whole teacher crowd to be accountable for few bad teachers.  We celebrate teacher’s day for the reason of saluting their work, we need to show the gratitude towards them in our daily life and also the respect we have for them.  Teachers are our hope and weapon for the future and we need to use it wisely.
