Have you ever done anything that you regret, say… getting a tattoo? Well if you regret getting a tattoo, and if you don’t mind a little pain, tattoo laser removal might just be the ticket. While I know there are creams, and other so-called treatments for removing tattoos, laser tattoo removal is the only way that I know, that is pretty much guaranteed to remove your tattoo. So how does it work? Well basically, your body has the ability to absorb small particles during its natural healing process. Tattoo ink on the other hand is too large for the body to absorb. The way laser tattoo removal works, is by using a laser beam (of course) to break up the pigment into small particles that the body can absorb.

Although tattoo laser removal, requires multiple sessions, usually up to 12, it is the most effective way for removing tattoos. There are some caveats though. First, it is painful. Because of that’s, a topical pain control cream is usually applied. Second, like I mentioned before, laser tattoo removal requires many sessions. The sessions usually between eight and 12 are spaced eight weeks apart. That means that removing a tattoo can take a year or more. Finally there is the cost. Depending on the size of the tattoo, the price can range anywhere from $125-$450. However if you truly want to have your tattoos removed, it’s the best solution.

Dividend Investing

Dividend payments are a part of a company’s profits or earnings which get paid to the shareholders of a company.  This usually takes place by way of a payment of cash.  Every company can have a different schedule of dividend payments, however, many companies that have dividend paying stocks pay out those dividends every quarter.  The distribution dates should be declared by the company in advance.   There are companies that pay monthly and some that pay yearly, but the majority distribute on a quarterly basis.

A smart method of creating compounding returns is to reinvest any dividends that are payed back into the stock.  This has the compounding effect of giving you more money to buy shares which will themselves create more money to buy more shares which will create even more money to buy more shares, and you get the picture.   Dividend investing is a fantastic way to ensure that you will be generating the income that you need during retirement.

Performing a 401k rollover

Too Many Details

can be one of the better actions you can accomplish with your retirement funds.  The smartest thing is being informed enough to participate in your employer’s 401k plan in the first place.  As intelligent as it is to join a 401k plan, you are likely to leave your current employer at some point before you retire.  Some people are tempted to cash out their 401ks at this point, but if you do, you not only have to pay a penalty, but you are putting your retirement at risk.  To avoid those pitfalls, simply perform a 401k rollover.

When you have rolled your 401k funds into an IRA, you will enjoy the same tax deferred benefits that you had with your employer’s retirement plan.  An, as an added bonus, you have even more choices of funds to choose from.  Your money can continue to grow tax free until the day that you decide to retire.  If you’ve saved wisely, you can enjoy the retirement you deserve.

Volleyball Drills

Performing good volleyball drills is very important in developing the skills necessary to dominate in the sport of volleyball.  Beach volleyball drills are a little different than your traditional indoor drills.  You need to practice passing a perfect ball that isn’t hit anywhere near you.  Peppering is good for practicing your passes and sets when they come directly to you, but that isn’t always the case.  Most passes will not be exactly where you want them to be and you will need to learn how to adjust and still give the perfect set.  That’s why I recommend peppering but hitting the ball away from your teammate instead of directly to them.  This will develop the skills needed to pass those hard to get balls and will result in more accuracy for your team.

Online Website Advertising

Often when you get a business card, drive by a billboard, or see an advertisement in a newspaper, you see a web address. Many businesses own websites. There are a lot of people on the internet who prefer to gather information online. Print advertising is an excellent resource to increase your site traffic, but why not go straight to the source?

The average person spends four to six hours a day online. That person is probably writing or answering emails, updating their profile on a social networking site, or maybe they’re looking for a company just like yours. You can do some online website advertisement to help them find you.

There are many programs available that will help you with your online website advertising. Many of these programs will allow you to set a daily budget limit. Most of these programs let you enter a price to pay when your ad is clicked. That price also determines how often your ad is shown.

Remember, you not only want a website for your business, but you want to advertise your website online as well.

Personal Injury Settlement Amounts

Personal injury settlement amounts will vary from zero dollars all the way up to millions of dollars.  Keep in mind that it is certainly possible that you will lose your case and receive nothing from the insurance company.  Injury settlement fraud may also seem like an easy way to cash in, but if you get caught, you will owe even more money than you gained in the first place and possibly face jail time.  The types of settlements that are the largest are wrongful death cases, like medical malpractice and chemical exposure.  The same mentality goes for personal injury settlements, the more extreme the accident, the higher the compensation.  Having a good legal team on your side will also greatly increase the amount of compensation that you can receive.

Are there Acai Side Effects?

Some things just seem too perfect. Much the case of the acai fruit. It promotes weight loss and gives you vast amounts of energy. It may be the world’s “superfood’, it may be the world’s greatest food. Like with many products thrown in our faces, we’re just waiting on the bad news; the horrifying side effects.

Well, here they are:

Factually speaking and from all studies conducted there is no conclusive evidence that there are any harmful acai side effects.

It is a natural appetite suppressant and wouldn’t be advisable for someone underweight to consume quantities of it.
But that is the only known acai side effect. Of course there are specific problems with any food or supplement used in any inconsistent manner. Using any product to the extreme, and this includes acai, it will have negative side effects.

Lucite Jewelry Boxes as Gifts

When it comes to Christmas time and Mother’s day I usually give a piece of jewelry that is significant to my mom. However as the years roll on it gets more difficult to find something new and invigorating to give her. She’s not a platinum person and she has all the yellow gold in the world. In fact she sent some to cash4gold to get some money back from her old jewelry so I started giving her silver. Now that seems to have run its course and I am at a loss as to what to give her for her birthday which is coming up fast. I looked through some online jewelers and found the perfect thing. Lucite jewelry boxes with adjustable compartments. You just slide the plastic squares in a and out of the slots to adjust the size of the compartments from small ring sized squares to 4 inch by 4 inch squares to hold a necklace. I can’t wait to see her face light up

One Gun Handgun Safes

If you own a hand gun you’ve probably tried to figure out where the best place to put it might be in your home. You’ve most likely heard about people storing it under their pillows, in their night tables, maybe under the bed or in the closet, but let me tell you that all of those places are terrible ideas. Handguns are not toys, you can’t just lazily place them anywhere and expect them to be perfectly fine. These are dangerous weapons and must be treated with respect.

When you really want to protect your firearm and when you really want to protect yourself from accidents, you need to get a handgun safe. They make some really good one gun handgun safes now that are easily stored and easily opened (with a key that is) and some of them look really nice. Don’t just leave your gun lying around, get a handgun safe and protect yourself.
